1. Delivery Area

We deliver to select areas within Hyderabad, Telangana. You can check if your location is serviceable by entering your pincode on our order page. We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any location outside our defined delivery zone.

Our current delivery zones include the following pincodes: 500081.

2. Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is typically 30-45 minutes from the time the order is confirmed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to factors like traffic, weather conditions, and order volume. We will do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

3. Delivery Charges

4. Delivery Process

Our delivery executive will bring the order to the address you provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address and contact number are correct and that someone is available to receive the order.

Our executive may call you on your provided mobile number upon arrival. If you are unreachable or do not answer the door, our executive will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes before leaving. In such cases, the order will be considered fulfilled and no refund will be provided.
